This beginner friendly class blends basic pole techniques with mobility focused exercises. Designed to help you build confidence, flexibility, and fluidity, this class is all about exploring playful yet purposeful movement. Explore your inner strength and grace! It doesn't matter if you're here to improve your range of motion or simply to have fun, PolePlay will be your first step toward mastering the art of pole!

3 different class types:

• Technique : 6 Weeks of fundamental instruction (sessions are Fridays at 6pm ET)
• Routine : single sessions learning a choreographed routine (sessions are Saturdays at 1:15pm or 6:30pm ET)
• Open : 1hr of pole practice. No instruction provided just access to facilities (book between 2pm-5pm ET on Sundays

What you will need:

• knee pads
• dance shorts (skin revealing for better grip)
• grip aid (recommended)
• water bottle & towel
• bare feet or dance heels

Please use no lotion or oils before class.
