Beginner's step aerobics class with Koach K! This is a HYBRID package of live ingym or virtual sessions and prerecorded videos. Each week's schedule:

• Monday & Thursday : prerecorded video uploaded to Koach K Online site
• Wednesday : 6PM ET*
• Saturday : 10AM ET*
• Sunday : 5PM ET*

*live sessions that have to be booked on the Lovely Bodies site. Playback is included - still book a session to receive the link to the recording to watch class back on demand for 48hrs. 

The prerecorded class videos will be uploaded, and live class playback link emailed, each respective evening at 10PM ET.

Package gets unlimited session access for 30 days.
